Specializing in architectural monographs, Pesaro Publishing was founded in 1999 by Patrick Bingham-Hall, and is based in Singapore and Sydney. Pesaro’s publications feature architecture from around the world, and several have become standard reference books on their subject. Pesaro’s books maintain academic and critical credibility, reflecting the significance of the architecture, whilst also appealing to a broad marketplace through the quality of the photography, the graphic design, and the printing and packaging. Recent monographs include publications on such well-known architectural practices as WOHA, Alex Popov, Troppo, Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, JCY, and Peter Stutchbury, as well as a book on the architects of the Lien Villas Collective. Monographs due to be released include those on Guz Wilkinson, Stanisic Associates, and Colin Okashimo Pesaro also publishes a continuing series of titles that document both regional architecture and architectural types, with books on such diverse subjects as Tropical Asia, Australian Houses, Chinese Architecture and International Stadiums. Pesaro's most recent publication is entitled The New Asia Pacific House, which features houses in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. |
